All logos, trademarks, brand names, product names, software codebases, interface designs, graphical interfaces, texts, report frameworks, dashboards, databases, and structural assets on Hostelo are the exclusive intellectual property of Scriza Private Limited or its valid licensors.
No license, right, or authority is granted implicitly or explicitly to recreate, reproduce, commercially resell, or utilize platform properties for unauthorized business activities without written legal consent from us.
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or transmit platform content, interface designs, databases, or dashboards without prior written permission.
Use automated tools, bots, spiders, scrapers, data mining, or scraping technologies to access, collect, or monitor platform information without permission.
Attempt to test, scan, exploit vulnerabilities, or breach security measures implemented by the platform, servers, or networks.

Any suggestions, operational feedback, analytical templates, ideas, reviews, or comments submitted to Hostelo shall become the legal property of Scriza Private Limited.
By providing data submissions, you award us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to optimize, reproduce, distribute, or display such materials for functional ecosystem growth without compensation dependencies.
Certain specialized dashboard workflows, licenses, or property modules require paid active subscription plans.
Subscription allocations require upfront processing. Failure to fulfill billing timelines may cause automated suspension or truncation of live features. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the structural cycle expiration.
All special promotional dynamics, onboarding offers, and service models remain bound to conditional adjustments and can be withdrawn or edited at the discretion of the Company.

By deploying your information logs and context coordinates on Hostelo, you issue valid legal confirmation to receive operational alerts, SMS updates, automated WhatsApp confirmations, administrative calls, and marketing newsletters from Scriza Private Limited. This communication overrides DND/NCPR restriction status under standard regulatory exceptions.
Data handling rules are equally governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy layout, explaining the detailed framework via which data logs are stored, managed, and legally shielded under structural provisions.
Under no legal system theory shall Scriza Private Limited be responsible for structural data corruption, network downtimes, hardware degradation liabilities, or drop-offs in software outputs.
