Introduction & Legal Framework
This platform, application architecture, and website (collectively referred to as “Hostelo”, “Platform”, “Website”, or “Service”) is owned and operated by Scriza Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The terms “Visitor”, “User”, “You”, or “Your” refer to recruiters, employers, guests, property managers, tenants, and all individuals accessing our services.
By creating an account, acquiring subscriptions, browsing, or utilizing any features available on Hostelo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. This contract is published under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable statutory rules.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Scriza Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following updates constitutes automated acceptance of the revised terms.
01 Use of Website & User Conduct
Hostelo serves as an end-to-end ecosystem helping users discover accommodations, compare properties, and access specialized operational, recruitment, and management software infrastructure.
- You agree to provide accurate, updated information during registration and use the platform only for legitimate and lawful purposes.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and user activities.
- You agree not to upload false, defamatory, misleading, hateful, or infringing content that violates copyright or privacy frameworks.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the software source code architecture of Hostelo is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation of safety, security, or conduct frameworks can result in immediate termination of data privileges and reporting to regulatory law enforcement.
02 Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, trademarks, brand names, product names, software codebases, interface designs, graphical interfaces, texts, report frameworks, dashboards, databases, and structural assets on Hostelo are the exclusive intellectual property of Scriza Private Limited or its valid licensors.
No license, right, or authority is granted implicitly or explicitly to recreate, reproduce, commercially resell, or utilize platform properties for unauthorized business activities without written legal consent from us.
03 Acceptable Use & Security Restrictions
No Unauthorized Copying
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or transmit platform content, interface designs, databases, or dashboards without prior written permission.
No Automated Access
Use automated tools, bots, spiders, scrapers, data mining, or scraping technologies to access, collect, or monitor platform information without permission.
Website Security Misuse
Attempt to test, scan, exploit vulnerabilities, or breach security measures implemented by the platform, servers, or networks.
Malicious Software Uploads
Upload, transmit, or inject harmful scripts, malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious software into the infrastructure.
Fraudulent Platform Misuse
Misuse recruitment, operational data, client dashboards, or the platform for fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, obscene, or discriminatory activities.
Limited personal, non-commercial structural interaction is permitted provided all dynamic copyright parameters remain completely unmodified.
04 User Submissions & Feedback
Any suggestions, operational feedback, analytical templates, ideas, reviews, or comments submitted to Hostelo shall become the legal property of Scriza Private Limited.
By providing data submissions, you award us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to optimize, reproduce, distribute, or display such materials for functional ecosystem growth without compensation dependencies.
05 Subscriptions, Payments & Promotions
Certain specialized dashboard workflows, licenses, or property modules require paid active subscription plans.
Subscription allocations require upfront processing. Failure to fulfill billing timelines may cause automated suspension or truncation of live features. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the structural cycle expiration.
All special promotional dynamics, onboarding offers, and service models remain bound to conditional adjustments and can be withdrawn or edited at the discretion of the Company.
06 Third-Party Services & API Links
Hostelo integrates with third-party software structures, payment processors, hosting nodes, analytical APIs, and communication bridges.
Scriza Private Limited wields no authority, monitoring access, or legal liability over the availability, runtime metrics, data-handling policies, or transactional mechanics implemented by external operators. All interactions remain at your own independent risk parameters.
07 Platform Availability & Downtime
While we intend to sustain consistent runtime accessibility, Hostelo cannot warrant that the system will execute completely error-free, uninterrupted, or clear of localized communication delays.
We reserve explicit authority to temporarily halt services for system configuration adjustments, database optimization updates, or structural patches without liability claims.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legal frameworks, Scriza Private Limited, its board of directors, officers, operational personnel, partners, or foundational agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages emerging from:

Hostelo platform architectures and application services are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” criteria without statutory assurances, explicit representations, or implied guarantees of any character.
- Continuous, lag-free, or zero-vulnerability runtime environments
- Absolute parity of tracking analytics with subjective performance targets
- The precise structural compatibility across legacy device structures
- Completeness or faultless layout of information within aggregated lists
10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be systematically structured, interpreted, and governed in alignment with the statutory laws of India.
Any legal disputes, arguments, or contractual challenges arising directly or indirectly from the platform utilization shall be subjected exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in **Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India**.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, protect, and hold harmless Scriza Private Limited, its administrators, operational directors, working associates, and contractual affiliates from any liabilities, third-party assertions, judicial fines, processing costs, or financial expenses arising out of:
- Your concrete breach or violation of these outlined Terms
- Illegal, unauthorized, or manipulative application of Hostelo system architectures
- Infringement of copyright laws, properties, or privacy permissions of external bodies
- Mismanagement of employee records, security data, or transaction accounts
12 Termination of Account Access
We retain the sovereign authority to suspend, restrict, or wipe your profile credentials and user system access on Hostelo at any given phase without warnings if structural compliance vulnerabilities, financial dues failures, policy anomalies, or active legal transgressions are identified.
Following suspension parameters, your active rights to consume ecosystem services drop to zero immediately.
13 Communication & Network Consent
By deploying your information logs and context coordinates on Hostelo, you issue valid legal confirmation to receive operational alerts, SMS updates, automated WhatsApp confirmations, administrative calls, and marketing newsletters from Scriza Private Limited. This communication overrides DND/NCPR restriction status under standard regulatory exceptions.
14 Privacy Infrastructure Integration
Data handling rules are equally governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy layout, explaining the detailed framework via which data logs are stored, managed, and legally shielded under structural provisions.
15 Disclaimer of Consequential Damages & General Terms
Under no legal system theory shall Scriza Private Limited be responsible for structural data corruption, network downtimes, hardware degradation liabilities, or drop-offs in software outputs.
If any standalone section of this legal structure is determined non-binding or legally void by statutory courts, the remaining clauses shall continue to command standard legal compliance.
